Making A Purchase: Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on ‘Checkout’ and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. Alternatively, you can call us on 01387 257027 and one of our staff can take your order over the phone.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Switch, Delta and Solo card payments online and over the phone.
We also accept payment by cheque. Please phone our sales team on 01387 257027 who will instruct you on how to send your payment and order. Your goods will be dispatched as soon as your cheque has cleared.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
For cash registers that are to be programmed, please allow 5 working days from us receiving your programming details.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices quoted are excluding vat. Vat is charged at the standard 20% rate.
Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, the payment is collected using Sage Pay payment gateway. We DO NOT receive or store your credit card information. This ensures that we comply with the new PCI DSS regulations.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. All new machines come with a 12-month manufacturers warranty. If in the unlikely event that equipment we have supplied develops a fault during this period, then the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping to our workshops.
If we find that faults are due to operator error or misuse then we reserve the right to charge labour costs.
We will not be held responsible for the loss or corruption of data under any circumstance.
All software is non-returnable. The customer is responsible for the compatibility of software with their PC/hardware and it’s operating system.
Returns Policy If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within seven working days for refund. The goods must be un-used, complete, in it’s original packaging with all manuals and accessories. The original shipping charge will not be refunded. Goods returned after seven working days will be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
We will not accept any returns that are not in their original packaging. Please keep all packaging in case you need to return items under warranty. Any missing, incomplete or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We accept no liability after this period. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping any returns to us. You may use your own courier or we can arrange for TNT to collect it. If we arrange the courier then payment for the return shipping must be paid by the customer.
