MyEpos Touch is a state of the art Point of Sale software solution and is by far our most popular POS software accounting for over 80% of our installations. Continually being developed by a team of passionate individuals with you, the end user in mind, MyEpos Touch offers a degree of flexibility like no other. Whether you have a simple requirement like customer loyalty and gift vouchers or need to integrate your POS system with an eCommerce website, MyEpos Touch has it covered. We have MyEpos Touch installed in a wide array of business sectors including pubs and clubs, restaurants, hotels, convenience stores, fashion and retail stores with on-line web integration, chains of bakery stores and fast-food outlets. MyEpos Touch is currently installed on over 4,000 systems throughout the UK & Ireland. MyEpos Touch comes permanently licensed via a plug in USB “dongle” with no annual fees and is easily transferable should you change hardware.
MyEpos Touch offers many key features out of the box to benefit all business sectors including:-
Simple To Use – From item maintenance to selling products, simplicity is at the heart of MyEpos Touch.
Sticky Notes - On the sign-on screen you can display “sticky notes” to prompts staff to carry out certain tasks, etc
Access Security – Operators can be controlled, and activity restricted by using a 1-9 authority level so functions like voids, etc can only be carried out by those with the permission to.
Price Bands - Up to 10 price bands per item for things like members/non-members prices as well as item sizes ie 125ml, 175ml, 250ml and bottle of wine.
Comprehensive Promotions - Further to the usual BOGOF and 3 for £5 etc you can set cheapest item free, trigger item is free, free item if sale value over, etc. All can be set to be active only on specific days/times.
Stock Control - Product stock entry in item maintenance mode including cost prices. Stock level can be displayed on product buttons, ideal for limited stock items.
Reporting - Financial and product sales reports available by day, week, month, year and date range.
Customer Loyalty – Encourage your customers to keep coming back. MyEpos Touch has a customer loyalty database built in, with reward points, preferential prices, automatic discounts, etc. No additional modules or software needed.
Gift Vouchers – No more manual entries of vouchers in a diary, MyEpos Touch comes with fully integrated gift voucher database that tracks who vouchers were issued to, expires vouchers after certain time and it even issues a new voucher if the customer has change.
EFT Integration – MyEpos Touch integrates with card payment providers PaymentSense and WorldPay Total speeding up transaction times and eliminating errors.

Table Management - Comprehensive table order management system including table merging, table transfer, item entry by cover and split bill facilities. Table inactive warnings can be set prompting staff to attend if there has been no activity for x minutes.
Order Prompts - Popup prompts for items i.e. how cooked, select side, etc and freetext notes for special instructions. These can be printed in bold/red on remote printers, etc.
Remote Order Printing – Items can be set to send to a remote order printer, for example in the kitchen or at the bar. Order printing can be fully controlled in such ways as to not print drinks tickets of you are inputting the order at the bar, etc.
Set Menus - Full set menu control i.e. only allowed 2 starters and 2 mains etc.
Hotel Room Posting – MyEpos Touch integrates with the extremely popular Rezlynx/Guestline hotel PMS software ensuring no item are missed from guests bills.
Waiter Order System - MyEpos Touch Tablet Edition is the perfect complement to the MyEpos Touch POS System, it allows waiters to take orders directly from the customer straight through to the kitchen before they leave the table, ensuring less waiting times for customers and increased orders accuracy.
Fast-food Takeaways
Customer Information - In its simplest form MyEpos Touch can prompt for 3 lines of customer information and print this information on order tickets. Orders can then be listed and retrieved by selecting the customers name on collection.
Collection Time - Collection orders can be set to prompt for a collection time.
Kitchen Video - Display kitchen orders on a large wide screen monitor allowing staff to quickly see what orders are coming in and what order needs dealing with next. Dispatch orders in full or in part with the touch screen control unit. Easily identify order type (eat-in, collection, delivery, etc) by colour coding the displayed tickets.
Caller ID - With the use of a caller ID unit, you can easily create a customer database and take orders within minutes. Customer details are stored against their phone number and identified easily for next orders.
Postcode Search - MyEpos Touch integrates with online postcode search ensuring speedy customer creation and limiting address entry errors.
SMS Integrations - Keep your customers up to date with their order. Send an automated SMS letting them know their order is on its way.
Customer Management - Store the details of over 100,000 customers including address, phone numbers, order history, etc. Set an automatic delivery charge for orders placed.
Convenience and Retail.
Suppliers – Set suppliers against products allowing you to easily track where your stock comes from.
Price Embedded Barcodes – Easily sell things like lottery tickets where the price of the ticket is embedded in the barcode.
Multiple Barcodes – Multiple barcodes can be stored against an item, meaning you don’t have to create lots of new items for those products that have 50% extra free.
Shelf Edge Tickets – Quickly print shelf edge tickets from the product maintenance screen directly to the receipt printer.
A4 & Emailed Receipts – You can print receipts to an A4 printer directly from the change screen after a sale. You can also email the receipt directly to your customers from the change screen too.
Historic Sale Recall – MyEpos Touch prints a barcode at the bottom of each receipt. If a customer returns with a faulty item simply scan the barcode to retrieve the sale and refund that item.
There is a wide array of value added modules available to enhance MyEpos Touch. These can be easily purchased and activated at any time allowing you to expand the capabilities of the software as your business needs grow.
Time & attendance – Make calculating staff wages simpler with the time and attendance module. Report on hours worked, deny access to sales mode unless staff have clocked in.
Back Office Reporting – Fully featured and enhanced A4 back-office reporting including stock levels, best/worst sellers, etc. All of which can be emailed or exported to csv/excel. This module also brings barcode printing capabilities, ideal for items that don’t already have barcodes.
Stock Control – Although MyEpos Touch has stock control features as standard you can enhance this with the stock control module which allows you to create purchase orders and book in deliveries which speeds up the stock process.
Customer Accounts – The customer accounts module allows you to manage customer credit accounts and produce invoices.
Scale Link – MyEpos Touch directly links to the CAS PDII electronic weigh scale allowing you to sell items by the weight. MyEpos Touch will also print barcode labels for items weighed on the scale allowing your customers to take items from the butcher/deli counter to the main checkout at the front of your store.
Fashion – Enhanced product maintenance for clothes/shoe shops and boutiques allowing you to record size, colour and size variants for an item.
Dry Cleaning – Enables the ability to print multiple dry cleaning tickets for garment.
Bookings & Appointments – Ideal for the hairdressers and beauticians.
Multi Site – As your business grows so can MyEpos Touch. With the multi-site feature you can remotely maintain your products at your branches, run system wide and branch level reports, transfer stock, view sales values in real time, etc.
Web Shop – MyEpos Touch communicates with and maintains products on eCommerce websites. Get notifications on the POS terminal when an order is received and produce delivery notes etc. Stock is centralised between physical shop and virtual one.
