Shipping And Handling All products on our web site are priced including delivery.
Deliveries of all items over 2Kg to the above postcode areas will be shipped using Royal Mail Standard Parcel service.

Delivery Schedule: We aim to deliver all orders within 48 hours if orders are placed before 2pm. If orders are placed after 2pm or at weekends then please allow 48 hours from next wroking day. Please ensure that your stated delivery address is available for delivery between 9:00am and 5:00pm.
If your delivery address is closed, TNT will put a card through your door asking you to contact them to arrange another delivery. If after 4 days you do not contact them then the goods will be returned to us. Under these circumstances we will offer you a refund to the value of the goods only. The shipping costs are non-refundable.
Any missing, incomplete or damaged items must be reported to us within 24 hours of delivery. We accept no liability after this period. If any items are missing, incomplete or damaged then please phone us on 01387 257027.
